What we do
normativ is a legal think tank dedicated to promoting the rule of law and advancing better regulation. We contribute to public discourse by publishing statements on political and legal developments.
In collaboration with state and private actors, we address pressing social challenges. We support public authorities in evaluating regulations and advise private businesses on complying with rapidly evolving standards.
Our work is guided by two core instruments: transparency and evaluation. The right of access to official documents provides the foundation for assessing concrete cases and developing normative solutions.
Applying impact assessments, we respond to today's challenges while anticipating those of tomorrow. Our aim is to foster a more coherent apporach to impact assessment - whether in legislative processes or within complex business environments.
